For companies that use EntertainHQ. Tell us where to reach you, and we will let you know about outages and planned maintenance, your account and billing, and answers from our support team.

Texts are optional: leave the box unticked and we only email you. Your number is never sold, rented or shared for marketing, as our Privacy Policy says.

What we send

EntertainHQ Service Updates are sent by EntertainHQ LLC, 3244 Spaulding Dr, Paris, Texas 75460, to the people at the companies that use EntertainHQ:

  • An outage or a problem that affects your company, and when it is fixed.
  • Planned maintenance, ahead of time.
  • Your account and billing: a payment that did not go through, a plan change, your workspace being ready.
  • Replies from our support team to something you asked us.

We never send marketing or offers here. By text, usually up to 4 messages a month; more during an outage.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any text and we stop at once; you get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@entertainhq.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
