The spreadsheet broke first. Finding the right performer for Saturday meant a hundred texts and no record of who said yes. Contracts were PDFs in email threads. Call times, costume pulls and client deposits lived in three tools and one person's head.
So we built the thing we needed: one casting call that texts only the right performers, a contract that exists the moment you accept someone and gets signed from their phone, reminders that go out on their own, and a client side that goes from quote to paid without leaving the event.
Then other companies started asking for it. EntertainHQ is that system, made so any entertainment company can run on it — in its own workspace, with its own data, its own number and its own brand on every screen.
